Where Does Martavis Bryant Land?

One of the most wild storylines after Week 7 is how Martavis Bryant is handling his trade request. It’s odd to see a player so outspoken mid season about a desire to be traded, especially one who has yet to play a full season (or even more than 11 games) and is coming off a year long suspension. However Bryant is a young, tall and extremely talented receiver that many teams could definitely use. Here are some teams that I think he would be a good fit with.

1- Giants—NYG lost both Odell Beckham and Brandon Marshall for the season. Sterling Sheppard is also hurt but he is expected to come back at some point. Adding a player like Martavis would pair very well with rookie Tight End Evan Engram and put pressure on defenses to cover two huge targets in the red zone.

2- Seahawks— The Seahawks love small receivers (Doug Baldwin, Tyler Lockett, Paul Richardson) and it has been working to an extent. However adding Martavis to the fold would help add another dimension that defenses would have to respect. On top of that the Seashawks have shown little fear in adding players with some background issues (Frank Clark, Sheldon Richardson, Marshawn Lynch coming from BUF)

3- 49ers— Another team that has WR issues and could certainly use some help. Their leading receiver is Pierre Garcon and after that there isn’t much. Martavis would help rookie QB CJ Brethard and would also make defenses respect his speed. That would help take some defenders out of the box and help Carlos Hyde as well.
